Angie Harmon was an American model and actress who was featured in many films and shows. In the beginning she worked as an established model, and later once she achieved international recognition, she decided to venture into acting. In 1995, she began performing on a television program known as 'Baywatch Nights. Alongside voice acting Harmon voiced an animated version of Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker. Harmon quit TV shows and focused on movies during the first half of the 2000s. Her return to acting TV series came following a couple of movies. She is among the few actresses who have been photographed in a discreet manner for the "Allure" magazine in 2008. Her major work has been in the role of Detective Jane Rizzoli on TNT series "Rizzoli & Isles'. The role of detective she played was highly regarded and she won several awards. Angie Harmon was nominated over these past years for her exceptional performances, but was not awarded any prizes.
